Reliable Warehouse Entry Bell Installation
The installation of the entry bell provided truck drivers with a dependable method to notify staff upon their arrival at the designated staff door. This initiative eliminated the need for drivers to search for alternative entry points or wait unattended, streamlining the delivery process.
Overhead Pendant Power Points Installation
To enhance operational efficiency, two pallet wrapper machines were strategically positioned away from the warehouse walls. We installed pendant power points overhead, ensuring each machine received power without the clutter of floor-level cabling or the need to move heavy equipment.
Custom Three-Phase Outlets for Electric Forklift Chargers
As the client transitioned to an all-electric fleet of forklifts, the demand for three-phase power outlets to support the new battery chargers arose. We designed and installed a custom overhead support beam to route the cable tray from the switchboard to each charger location. This installation ensured a secure and protected cable run, ideal for a busy warehouse setting. Subsequently, three-phase outlets were installed at each charger position.
