To enhance the park experience, Maitland City Council partnered with Waratah Professional Tree Care to supply and plant advanced trees along the park's boundary and within the dog park itself.

Given that families frequent this park every weekend, it was essential to select trees that would provide an immediate visual impact and shade.

We opted for advanced trees that would start providing shade and shelter within a few years. Each tree was planted following meticulous soil preparation, securely staked, and watered thoroughly on the same day to ensure optimal establishment.

This planting project stands out from standard tree planting jobs due to the extensive aftercare involved. We don't simply plant the trees and leave. As part of our agreement with Maitland City Council, we committed to six months of follow-up watering and maintenance during the establishment phase. Our team returned regularly to check soil moisture levels, adjust staking, and monitor the health of each tree.
