Reliable Warehouse Entry Bell Installation
The installation of the entry bell offered truck drivers a dependable means of notifying staff upon their arrival at the designated entry point. This enhancement eliminated the necessity for drivers to search for alternative access paths or remain unattended while waiting.
Overhead Pendant Power Points for Efficiency
To accommodate two pallet wrapper machines positioned away from the warehouse walls, we installed pendant power points overhead. This solution provided power directly to each machine without requiring floor-level cabling, ensuring that equipment could remain in its designated location.
Installation of Three-Phase Outlets for Electric Forklift Charging
As the client transitioned to a fleet of all-electric forklifts, they required three-phase power outlets for the new battery chargers. We designed and installed a custom overhead support beam to facilitate a cable tray running from the switchboard to each charger. This setup ensured that the cables were well-protected and suitable for a busy warehouse environment. Three-phase outlets were subsequently installed at all necessary locations.
